Why do we burst into tears or see red in a fit of rage? What is going on inside our brains that our big emotions show up the way they do? In this episode, Kalli and therapist Georgia McCusker get curious with emotions and take a closer look at how therapy works.
Georgia McCusker is a therapist out on the beautiful west coast of Canada, in British Columbia. She’s earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and a Masters in Psychology and currently a registered Social Worker. Georgia has nearly a decade of experience working with people who are struggling with mental health. Who is she personally? She says she is “a human being who also exists in the world with a ton of education and experience in the realm of “I want to feel better and have the life I want.””
