For the dressing you need:
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
1 tbsp white wine or rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
For the salad you need:
14 oz coleslaw mix
1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
2 medium green onions (sliced)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Mix the dressing together and adjust the level of tang to your liking. I recommend adding a bit of keto sweetener to balance it out.
