- Pecans (or the nut of your choice)
- Your choice a granulated keto sweetener (ie. monkfruit or erythritol)
In a pan on medium heat gently roast pecans until golden brown and fragrant.
Cover with a thin layer of granulated keto sweeter (I prefer a monkfruit erythritol blend!)
Stir until sweetener is completely melted and all pecans are coated.
Move to a sheet of parchment to cool and optionally sprinkle with salt!
These store perfectly at room temp and are a great addition to any keto snack mix, to too a keto cake, or just to have as is and they take only minutes to prepare!
