A perfect quick & easy keto dessert to share.
This recipe only calls for 3 ingredients, but leaves lots of room for customization along the way!
1.5 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup keto sweetener (powdered is best)
Whip cream until you see soft peaks, once you reach this stage gently fold in the cocoa powder and sweetener before continuing to whip until firm peaks develop. Taste and adjust for the sweetness level you prefer!
Once you reach this stage transfer mousse to the fridge where it will continue to set up prior to serving.
Serve in a glass or bowl of your choice, gently spooning or piping the mousse into the serving dish. Top with your favorite fresh berries, chocolate shavings, crushed nuts, or a drizzle of your favorite nut butter. For more variation add your favorite flavour extract to mix it up & throw in some mix-ins along the way!
This recipe is so rich and satisfying and can be whipped up in minutes. When divided into 4 servings each serving has 34g fat, 4g net carbs and 3g protein before toppings.
