Keto Coconut Cream Cheese + Berry Popsicles

To make:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 block cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup berries of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • Vanilla & sweetener to taste

Mix together until smooth with hand mixers or a stand mixer, move to popsicle molds & freeze!
