Keto Mug Bread

You need:

1 tbsp water
1/4 cup blanched almond flour (I use Kirkland brand!)
1 egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt

To make:
Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, water and salt to the mug.
Whisk until smooth (ensure combined well!)
Microwave on high until set, about 60 seconds.
Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.

Macros: 3g net carb, 19g fat, 12g protein.
