1/8 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp granulated sweetener
1/2 tsp kosher salt
4 large egg yolks
1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
1 cup coconut flakes
3/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together coconut oil, butter.
Add sweetener, salt, and egg yolks.
Mix in chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts.
Drop batter by the spoonful onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or into a mini muffin pan.
Bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
Makes 15 cookies.
